I believe stress and posture definately had something to do with it. The good news is I am pain free now after trying everything like you. What worked best for me were targetted stretches around the shoulder / neck chest area, best in the shower when your musles are warm, focussing on posture,- no slouching and acupuncture, although I think acupuncutre was more of a temporary relief. I found drugs just masked the pain. Hope this might help, I feel your pain. Take care!

MacAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6640980870240526116.post-66120865193211094532014-11-17T16:31:09.840+13:002014-11-17T16:31:09.840+13:00And thank you! xAnd thank you! xAngelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13801159276016420239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6640980870240526116.post-67126974977410008572014-11-17T16:30:14.916+13:002014-11-17T16:30:14.916+13:00Thank you xThank you xAngelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13801159276016420239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6640980870240526116.post-55702621577479524772014-11-17T16:29:56.843+13:002014-11-17T16:29:56.843+13:00Oh yes? I was going to suggest the name of someone to visit, but then I read you have built a relationship with an osteopath and acupuncturist and I wonder if it is the same person.Leanne Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13727719061824152169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6640980870240526116.post-8083620438505807972014-11-17T16:16:34.367+13:002014-11-17T16:16:34.367+13:00Another beautiful piece. xAnother beautiful piece. xRachel Broadbentnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6640980870240526116.post-47989566959875430942014-11-17T15:24:24.850+13:002014-11-17T15:24:24.850+13:00That is a beautiful picture.
